We started Amiari on a simple belief: someone should always be looking out for the client’s interests. So we focus on planning, coordination, communication, and accountability from beginning to end.
We work with licensed trade specialists chosen for each project — building the right team while staying focused on the result the client originally envisioned. Ari founded Amiari after more than seven years managing residential construction projects throughout the Peninsula and Silicon Valley.
With a background in civil engineering and experience across remodels, additions, ADUs, custom homes, and investment-focused projects, he developed a strong appreciation for how much communication and planning influence the outcome of a project.
Over the years he noticed that homeowners often felt disconnected from the process. Questions went unanswered, decisions felt rushed, and important details were sometimes overlooked.
Amiari was built around a different approach.
